Letting go of THINGS
by Growing Flowers
Fabulously decluttering – purging and entering this New Year as fresh as can be!
I wish I was doing even more, but the projects I have been doing, take more time than I have anticipated! And there is the skiing!
(Better to have skied than not to have skied. Good to live by.)
The less you own, the less there is to maintain. Choose wisely. Ask yourself, “Do I need this?” Simplify
and Simplify some more. It is easy to let go of things. They are just things.
I like being in an empty room. Space around me, sunlight can reach me then. It calms me.

I totally agree. I love to throw things out. Unfortunately, I don’t do enough of it. Come help me purge!

So, SO true!! We’re doing the same around here. Starting boxes of un-needed things to donate or share with friends… Such a great feeling!
Me too! I love getting rid of stuff. I would do it more if I had more time, but always, I am working toward things being simpler. Little by little, it comes to be. <3
Oh boy. Me too! Such a wonderful feeling to PURGE! We are about ready for our 3rd level of purging in the past 9 months – 1 more onion skin pulled away, leaving us a little bit lighter each layer. It gets easier each time and almost feels addictive! Ahhh…..
Definitely addictive. Completely! Yay!
I also work on decluttering and simplify our lifes right now. I read some quite inspiring blogs right now (but you might already know them):

Me too! Been caught up in stuffing bags and bags of stuff since a month before the holiday with the idea that a bunch of new stuff was about to enter the homefront (who can stop it with little kids?!). And it is totally addictive. Somehow I just keep peeling back layer after layer. Things I’d already glanced over and thought, “No, not yet” are feeling “ready to go” lately again.
Oh well, inspiration for a good cause.
PS oonarosenbaum, you’ve just cluttered my reader now with a few more great simplify blogs.
